Craft & Information Stand
Booking Form 2025
The Craft Marquee is 200’ x 40’ and contains approximately 60 stalls which are placed on the outer walls and on a back to back basis in islands up the centre. They are 8’ wide and 5’ deep to suit a standard 6’ x 2.5’ craft table. The charge per stall is £80 which covers the two days. Tables can be hired at £20 each.
Electricity is available at £50 for the two days.
The Rally is open to the public between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm on both days.
Stand space will be allocated on a ‘first come/first served’ basis. No stand will be confirmed until a completed Application Form and payment in full has been received.
No stand is permitted to sell or supply food, ice cream, soft drinks, sweets, confectionary, crisps etc. and foodstuffs normally consumed on site will be permitted at the Rally. The sale of the foregoing items is strictly confined to the official caterer.
Participants will be responsible for their own Public Liability Insurance cover, fire protection and cleanliness. Sites must be kept and left clear of all litter: litter bags, bins and skips are provided for this purpose.

If there is an error it will be highlighted with a red box explaining the problem
If your application is approved you will be sent a Payment Link by email
Expect your info pack by email no later than Thursday 17th April.
